Waterdale Aged Care

The Mechanical Services carried out by Triple A Air conditioning Pty Ltd, comprised the installation of Air conditioning, Hydronic Heating and Ventilation systems for the new 178 bed Aged Care Unit on the existing site for the Blue Cross Community Aged Care located at 250 Waterdale Road, Ivanhoe.

The development is constructed over Four levels – Lower Ground, Ground, First and Second Floor.
