We have the in-house resources to meet contemporary design requirements that provide turnkey solutions. This includes the latest computer design tools, including CAMEL load estimation, which eliminates the need to seek advice separately from consultant engineers.
Design works comply with Australian standards, and industry codes of practice, including environmental sustainability. The quality ethos starts on the drawing board and all design work is certified.
Our manufacturing facilities, located in Carrum Downs, use the latest technology, equipment, methods and materials to ensure that all components are produced strictly to specification. All fabrication works take place at the on-site sheet metal shop.
To ensure every project is completed to the client's satisfaction, a senior project manager is appointed to oversee every aspect of the project. Our installers have an average of twenty years experience in all aspects of the mechanical services industry - from small to large. No project is handed over until full commissioning and balancing is complete, and operation and maintenance manuals have been compiled.
Over the life of many buildings it is common to renovate and make alterations to internal structures, which affect air conditioning efficiency and effectiveness. It could be rearranging office partitions or a complete fit-out. Triple A Airconditioning recognises this and provides a full service to ensure that appropriate design conditions are retained in the new configuration.
Triple A Airconditioning stands by the quality of its workmanship providing a 12-month defect liability period and full maintenance backup. Arrangements can be tailored to suit routine, programmed, or preventative maintenance schedules for each installation. The service unit endeavours to operate within the operational constraints of each client. It can provide round-the-clock emergency service when needed. Because Triple A Airconditioning provides total service to its clients, we carry a full range of replacement components.
